Ordered: Creamy Garlic Chicken Lunch, and a Pineapple Bacon Pizza I initially got a Cheese Chicken Baked Rice, which I then tried to get the attention of the staff which didnt attend to me, I then went to the kitchen to talk to the staff they then went to my table, picked up the wrong food, went to another table to place that food there, and took it from that other table to me. They said they didn’t touch it, but I’m not taking his word for it, plus there are 3 people at that table talking and laughing, so not that very most sanitary in my eyes. 10 minutes later I got my food again, new? Or not I don’t know, however it was not creamy, and I as very bland, oily water base, spaghetti, and meat that tasted like pork and not chicken. Really unappealing Pizza was ok, just remember you’re not eating a actual pizza even though they mention they have ingredients imported from Italy, it’s a plain wheat tortilla with toppings. The topping were ok, but the rest wasn’t, I would give food 0 stars if i could. As well as service as some had masks serving food, and some weren’t. Last but not least, I few flies flying around, so I suspect the restaurant is sanitary unclean, probably violating a few health codes, I would r come back here, however great vibe and place for teenagers to come to. Comfortable seats as well.

These chain restaurants was originated from Japan, with 50 years of history, and turnover of S$700 millions yearly. The chairman was working part time when he was a student at this lone restaurant selling western cuisine. He inherited the restaurant later and changed to selling Italian cuisine, but business was very bad, he then cut the price at 70%, the response was overwhelming, it was a huge success, the popular budget family restaurant chain started from here, today, it has 750 restaurants worldwide.

Ordered the Garlic Brocolli Salad, Crispy Chicken Strips, a Chicken Pasta, Mussels and a beverage (Free Flow) Total bill was <25, I presume most items are frozen - but it was quite good! The chicken strips and the pasta were great, mussels (as per my friend) and salad weren’t as good. Still, will go back - good place and decent service

i went there once to eat and service was horrible, i stood in line (restaurant had many seats available) and they didnt ask me to go in till 10 mins after when i sat down, i immediately ordered my food cus i was standing in line for 10 mins i waited 20 mins for my carbonara to arrive it wasnt peak hr, it was like 3pm where there were only a few tables occupied noodles were stuck together and burnt. service staff didnt look pleased at all when delivering my food. or when i paid never going to this branch ever again

I have been patronising Saizeriya at their various locations. White Sands is the best outlet so far in terms of food and the customer service. I ordered Black Pepper Pasta Chicken the other day and requested for chicken to be replaced with mushrooms as I am a vegetarian. The young and very petite staff named Shu Hui (or Shi Hui?) obliged and I got what I requested. Very courteous and professional. Think the company should implement Crew of the Month as incentive. Each staff should wear a name tag so that we diners can give the due compliments. Would suggest that the online ordering portal to build in the edit function for special request. Overall, Saizeriya is my favourite cafe to go to. I love ❤️ the Oreo Cheesecake especially. The Semifreddo is too sweet for my liking.

Manager bad attitude, called her but no response. Our pasta was 30mins late and asked the staff to check on it, however the staff went in and did not come back to us to update us on it. Its not even a busy period yet the staffs are acting like its holiday mood. Is this the standard of saizeriya now? Also the kind aunty who was folding boxes assisted us on our dish, however the other staffs can have more improvement.
